I have submitted a number of complains on the KFC website, but thus far nobody has responded to it. I have complained about the non availability of hotwing in kfc carletonville on hello peter and within 24hrs the kfc customer service called me to say that the will look into the problem and they also promised me a voucher, needless to say, the voucher never came and the hotwing are still unavailable. Where should one place his /her complain, if the complaints are never looked into or resolved? read full review »
