Hi I was involved in a Car accident on the 21 March 2011. Auto & General, the accident was not even my fault but had to settle the access which the Auto & Gen has agreed to recover from the 2nd Party. I was happy to pay. This was a front smash: over a month they send me an sms, to let me know my car is ready for collection, on arrival at TC Panelbeaters, my windscreen was not fixed, my left Air-vent was bend also not fixed, my Air-con and fan of the car is still not working and my back window was broken due to the accident, the assessor... read full review »
