Ordered very expensive bottle of whisky on 4 March 2011. Money removed from account swiftly but no delivery. Claims that courier has lost delivery (Three times now). Promised refund on 4 May 2011 but nothing received by 19 May. Trying to contact by telephone and email for two days but no response. Do not use this company. read full review »
