My YAHOO mail acct has been locked up for almost 2 weeks. I have notified the customer service IT agents via email but have not received a reply in almost 4 days. There customer service phone line disconnects you after listening to 3 messages which state that they want to ensure your satisfaction. It is extremly irritating that I can not access my personnal email information as I have numerous contacts and information forwarded to this address.
