Dear Sir, On 19th May, suddenly my connection numbered : 09387928458 was cut. i could not figure out what the problem and i tried to lodge a complaint in the customer care they too didnt help me.the last weak i went to a relainace out-let at marianidrive (Ernakulam) for done my payment, and i request to change my connection in zero rental...now i understand that the your Reliance people wrongly taken my complaint, they created a Termination Requeste.. why your people cutting my connection without any information..???
