All scheduled flights of puppy cancelled by breeder network day prior to expected delivery. Purchase price charged on 4/16/11. Their last excuse on 5/19/11 for cancelling shipping of puppy on 5/20/11 is that their charge card "processor" was holding the payments of 240 of their customers, me being one of them. Did it take them a month to realize their processor was not forwarding payments? My charge statement shows payment. Where is the money and why? My charge card rep. never heard of this happening.
