I am using airtel prepaid simcard for my mobile phone.My phone number is 9975844990. On 16-05-11 I have received some massage.The moment I opened massage, I get another massage" you have successfully downloaded------ . After that Rs. 99 has been deducted from prepaid account.Surprisingly I did not found any thing in my download.when I contacted customer care I was replied that I would have given my acceptance to that particular down load, so balance refund is not possible.
