I have an Airtel Broadband connection alongwith a landline telephone. We had made an advance payment for a year to use the broadband connection. Since the last 2 months the internet is not working. I lodged a complaint and their engineer visited our premises and got the connection working asking us not to switch off the computer for atleast and hour. We followed the instructions given to us.
