I bought a Bajaj cooler DC2009 in 2009 from their Delhi dealer. Within 2 months of buying the pump stopped working and had to be replaced. Within 2 years the entire body has cracked since it is made of cheap plastic, pump has stopped working again. Called up Bajaj on May 2, 2011 and they told me that someone would be sent in 2 days… I called up thrice and finally when I threatened to go to consumer court someone came on 16th May 2011.
