We booked our mexico vacation through this website. When we booked it was for an all inclusive hotel for a good deal. At the end of the transaction the website let us know it was malfunctioning and we had to call them. So we call and pay the price listed. When they send us the itinerary they booked us for the wrong hotel. So my boyfriend called and they said we had to pay more.
