Think twice if you should have a complaint about Qatar Airways. I was flying back to London from Doha when the FA gave me a very hot cup of tea but then she knocked it over my leg!!! The FA gave me a towel with ice and then about 1.1/2 hours later gave me a very small sachet of burn cream then for the remaining 4 hours basically ignored me!!
