I requested a trial offer, paid the shipping. Nowhere did it tell me what the automatic cost would be after 10 days. Those 10 days start in their warehouse so by the time you receive the product, most of your trial period is gone. I didn't want it, tried to a return # to return it and was advised by trial period was over and I could not return it. The girl on the phone, Ashley, was extremely rude.
