i purchased h&r tax cut program to do taxes.the instructions stated on box to review details in side of box, which i did and stated if you not agree to terms which i didnt to return with receipt to store purchased which i did, only to be told by store manager name shirley that because the box was opened she would not refund purchase. this is not right. read full review »
