While doing service work in our neighbourhood, Bell either cut or disconnected our line. When we called on a cell phone, we got a service centre in India. The rep could do nothing other than fill in his order form. He could not provide tracking service or assurance of speedy reconnect. Bell's so-called internet service shows a 2-3 business day response to problems reported (!) Bell calls this quick service... Is Bell really that tired of having land-line customers?
