I went in for an thermostat for a 2001 Dodge Caravan. The Sales person that helped me # 93829 Invoice# 3031211293. I was given the wrong part ans as result of this I broke the water outlet and had to go back to get correct part and a upper water outlet. I would think you would train your counter people better to know the right part from the wrong part. The resolution that I am seeking is to be refunded for the upper water outlet that I had to purchase do to your employees error.
