DO NOT take them up on their free trial offer -- you have to cancel within 24 hours or they automatically bill you for a $40/month subscription. You can download old books (that you can probably find for free elsewhere) but there is absolutely no way to contact their "support team" or to send them a message requesting cancellation. None of this information is given up front (including what the monthly subscription is). Beware of LATVIA!!
