People beaware, you will not get timely services from samsung india as there is no one take care after sales service in this country. I have a window ac of 1.5 ton which i purchsed in 2009. Since last 6 months i am very much fed up with the performance of that ac and on calling customer care i am getting monotonous lines by the executive " sir your call will be attended within 24 hours and you will get a call by today evening before 8 pm" but i am surprised to beleive that for samsung, 24 hours means 3-4 days and still i am waiting the... read full review »
