I called Basic Car Parts in November looking for a "show car quality bumper" for my husband’s car and a sales rep named Derrick said he could find me one. I made it perfectly clear to Derrick that I was looking for a perfect bumper. He said he had found one for me and would email me pictures before charging my accounts. However, he never sent pictures.
