I have returned my Samsung evergreen phone for the third time for not working. I was told the third time they would give me a different product, for there was something obviously wrong with the product. The service people in the store where very helpful trying to do everything they can. On the phone with customer service telling them I have an elderly mother who carries her phone to contact me in emergencies. All I need is a phone that does not ring and shuts off freezes.
