William Nelson Cashen "AKA" Nelson J. Cashen is a Clown that is a Domain Name Reseller with eNom. Him and his wife Diane Cashen continue to use multiple domain names and proxy servers to distribute Spam & Phishing emails to a number of their former neighbours in retaliation for getting fired from a superintendents job at 178 Nepean St. in Ottawa.
