We have purchased an airline ticket thru "GO VOYAGES" back in October 17, 2010 for December 18, 2010 flight from Lyon France to California. Because of heavy snow storm in London, most of the flight was cancelled for days and even weeks. i submitted a refund request for god knows how many times via email.
