Back in February I had made an agreement with a representative to pay the total sum of $236.67 and my Bell Mobility account would be officially cancelled. All I had to do was send in the phone and they would cancel the plan. I received a call from the agent on March 10 stating that the phone was received and they were going to wave $350 of the $400 cancellation fee which was fine with me.
