Dear Sir / Ma'am / Whatever you are, I'm very depressed and feeling bad after using your Airtel services. I always had faith and trust in Airtel until you start giving me trouble for the last 3-4 months. Every month you people are charging for for extra services which I never activated (e.g. SubsServ_FS & FullAudio_FuntimeNamit etc), and revering that 30-40 Rs after taking my so much time every time.
