I went to Cell C office in Newcastle and spoke to Miss Nozipho to apply for a new contract on the control 100. She phone me back and informed me that it has been declined. I asked her to find out why and she insisted she cannot do anything. I informed her that i purchased a contract with Nashu mobile 5 months ago without any problems, but she was not helpful at all.
