Santanderconsumerusa bought my car loan from HSBC. I never missed a payment and was never late. I inadvertently mailed an extra payment and was told they had no record of cashing my check. After faxing them proof with my bank statement that they did cash my check, they promised to refund my payment. I have been told by every rep I talk to that the check was in the mail. I have yet to receive a check since February and they obviously have no intentions of refunding my money. They are a bunch of thieves, do not do business with this company.
