Complaints Board

Is anyone else experiencing any problems while using complaints board? Such as, making posts but them not showing up, but getting notices via your subscriptions, so the site is registering you have posted. Getting notices of replies to comments but when you click there is no new comment, problems replying to messages. A complaint saying 11 pages but page 11 doesnt exist. I have asked admin about this problem but recieved no response as yet. read full review »

There are no standards when it comes to customer service with this company what a joke! I phoned up to claim as my screen on my phone cracked. they are wanting to take the premium for the year out my account before I even know if the claim has been successful or not. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was so unhelpful and didn`t seem to know what she was doing. Cannot believe this company is alowed to operate like this read full review »
