We got this MAXENT Plasma, because the Daytek 48" plasma was defective and COSTCO .."only" refunds you a "cash card" to buy for them and no one else. So we got this Maxent, and now it is having problems...and NO local service for it...COSTCO doesn't carry it, and they and there Customer Service really suck. No callback with in 48hours and now we ...wonder what to do. Even the "better Business Bureau" lists them as not a member ...BEWARE buying anything like what we did from COSTCO...
