I bought a sony 40' LCD EX 400 from Pai Electronics, Marathali Bangalore a month ago. I have called so many times for having the wall mounting kit. When ever I call the the Pai/Sony service people will say some reasons and finally I no response till date. When i tried to log a complain, the service head talked me in haras manner and said he would take even more than a year to do the wall mounting.It is really pathetic that a company like Sony/Pai is showing this kind of disregard to customers.
