I have been charged for 2 refills of the product - both in the same month, 22 day's apart (for a 30 day refill). I never received the initial 14 day supply. Their customer service was of no help. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RIP OFF PRODUCT FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. It is a scan - I was never advised of any need to notify the company about cancelling my account.
