My husband purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture . I had no idea which couch he selected (I was not with him) so when they came to deliver it he was at work, I took the couch in only to find out that when he came home from work that it was NOT the couch he selected. He then went on to tell me that he watched the sales lady write down the item number so he was not sure how the error was made.
