I sent Saxon mortgage a large downpayment in order to set up a repayment agreement. They gave me NO choice at the repayment amount; that caused me to apply for a loan modification in 2008. Believe it or not this had been going on up until I had to file chapter 13 in 2010. The government should force ALL these mortgage companies to reinstate consumers loans from 2007 on and add their delinquencies at the end of their loan without penalty.
