We ordered a shower cubicle from this company on the 24th April 2011, paying by credit card. Despite confirmation of payment from sagepay and our credit card company, QS supplies denied receiving payment. After sagepay intervened they finally accepted they had received payment on the 11th May. They claimed to have dispatched our item on the 11th May which turned out to be a complete lie.
