I have never written a complaint or review... but after this experience, I needed to. I took my 6 year old son to this Littleton, CO (Simms and Ken Caryl), Great Clips today. It was an awful experience. Our stylist's name was ANGEL. She was the opposite of an "angel". She was so rude to my son he almost started crying. She started yelling at him and in the meanest voice, repeatedly said "sit up straight" and "don't move, otherwise I will cut you".
