Purchased a ticket on-line for Megabus from State College PA to New York City. Refused to allow 15 year old to board alone because age limit is 17. OK. Asked for refund. Refused. Said boarding policy cited in terms and conditions, page 8, requires age 17 to travel alone. Neither age nor refund policy is reasonably prominent on website. read full review »
