I had purchased a Whirlpool window AC about 8 months ago from a dealer in Patna. It's compressor carries a 5 year warranty. The AC suddenly stopped functioning about 15 days ago. I registered a complain with the company's customer service center (no-PT0511005703, dt-19.05.11).
