I keep getting the automated phone call from this company saying I have a COLLECT call from the Jefferson County Jail, will I accept or do I want to decline or block the call. If I want to block the call, I have to hang up and call another number to do so. I don't know anyone in the jail and I believe this is some sort of scam to get you to accept a collect call. You can't understand the recorded name of the person calling; doesn't really say anything intelligable and I get calls all day and night. Somethings up with this company, must be generating money on these bogus collect calls. read full review »
