I have filed tax with IBSN INC for a while now. I filed for 2010 taxes as well with them. Due to some misunderstanding, I had paid 200$ more than the actual amount for the tax preparation fees. Later when I got to know about this one of the customer representative told me that it will be taken care immediately after last of filing (April 15th).
