I Placed 1 order, was charged 3 different entries on pmt card. Called and cancelled order; 1 pending charge removed, 2 others still on card. Called again to confirm cancelled order was told the pending chgs were my problem and to contact my bank. Very difficult to make contact with Genie Bra "Customer Care" person, was a Call Center - both contact times persons were of Indian dialect with a "canned" response, unwilling to listen and would go no further than "Mam, your order was cancelled".
