I took a connecting flight from Charolette to Houston and while refreshments were being served the crew member didn't acknowledge me. I was seated in a aisle, which meant she should have asked me first what I would like to drink, instead, she asked the woman next to me what she wanted. She never made eye contact with me, nor did she ever come back to me and ask if I would like a refreshment. I stopped another crew member who was serving and politely asked him for something to drink. I'm a Muslim and I know I was overlooked because of who I am. I felt embarrassed, angry and shocked that I was treated this way. read full review »
