I just requested a refund for a cudo voucher that was not correctly described in the offer. I apparently should have worked out that the treatment difference was $71 (to do this I should have noted the total amount and deducted the 8 treatments - 1 full and 7 vouchures) and known that I would be expected to pay an additional $71 each visist. The merchant realised this was not correct and advised to seek a refund.
