What would you do if this situation happens to you? Nine days ago I submitted a request - 2214964318 - for my grandd 10 years old to be delivered Sat., May 21st. After 10 of my phone calls and several e mails, just because "some materials couldn't be found" " some vases can not be found" no one never called me at my phones, or send me an e mail stating so.
