I got a cellphone contract from Virgin Mobile in June 2010 - the phone had speaker problems and I took it in the first time. They sent it back and said they upgraded the software. When it came back I had the same problem and I sent it in again. they sent it back to me and said they couldnt find any problem in the phone. The phone continued to have problems and when I requested them to change it they said I must send it for repairs 3 times until they consider giving me a new one.
