After trying to contact Fox 6 times about being over-charged, I received 1 response months after that asked me to call stating what the issue was. I'd already contacted them 2-3 times prior to this message explaining the issue in great detail (including customer number, confirmation codes, dates, etc.). So, I AGAIN gave the info and have yet to receive a response 3 months later. Their customer service is pathetic and I'm disgusted with the situation. I'll GLADLY pay twice the money to another company that will actually treat me as a valued customer with dignity and respect. read full review »
