On 6th of May I to reported to MTN that someone is operating fraudulently using my details, . Rene told me that she had blocked the line and also I must submit affidavit and ID copy. She was very rude to me that day, she could not even give me her email address, even when I asked about the details of those contracts she responded rudely saying that if i have nothing to do with it why am I asking questions.
