An order was placed with Teleflora for delivery on Saturday for a flower arrangement for Mother's day. The order was accepted and credit card charged. There was no delivery and no contact at all through Monday. Customer Service was e-mailed and called. The representative said the order was not delivered because they were over extended. There was no indication of that or we would have made another choice. There was no answer to the e-mails from customer service either. Horrible service. Don't order anything from these people!
