air conditioner went out, under warranty of course samsung has made several promises to send a prorated check, pay for shipping etc but they cant even send a email correctly with a shipping label after about twenty calls when you ask to speak with someone with authority THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU TALK TO ANYONE not one employee mind you but ALL OF THEM, BUT THEY WANT YOU TO CUT OFF THE AC CORD AND LABEL AND SHIP TO THEM, something very fishy about that situation read full review »
