I requested closure to my account on your website and a refund of the remaining amount based on the $28.95/mo fee. I was trusting to allow a upfront payment of $173.00 that was sent in June and now being told my account can't be cancelled. I am told the account will stand until Dec 07. I feel all of these things are misleading in that people are lead to believe the account can be cancelled at anytime and there is a monthly rate, when in fact there isn't.
