Sears Canada is terrible. They repeatedly cancel repair appointments. Customer refuses to escalate complaints (I could not speak with a manager and no manager would call me back). I wrote a letter to the president and received a call back, but they do not leave a phone number to call them back. They simply refer you back to a generic 800 number if you want an update. It has been over a week since I spoke with someone from the office of the president and still have no resolution. Brutal.
