I had a family member use my name and my Mother's credit card to order a trial without permission. I was in Afghanistan with the Army and returned home to find around 10 packages from Avesil. I contacted them to let them know these were ordered fraudulently and they outright called me a liar and are still refusing return and refund. I have an open case with the BBB to resolve. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Very rude, and make wild accusations. They claim "All Sales Final" but this should not be the case on orders that I accepted no agreement on and had no knowledge of. read full review »
