bought 9 treatments and have completed 5. My 3rd & 4th were great because I had the sweetest, most thorough technician. I found out she's no longer there. My 1st was bad because a different technician rushed through my treatment & talked to me like I was stupid. My 2nd was also bad, different technician, very rude and impatient. I just had my 5th by another different technician who had no idea what she was doing. I'm afraid she burned me. Overall the atmosphere of the place is moody and unfriendly. Too bad the only person who was kind to me is no longer there because I still have to go back 4 more times. read full review »
